Hi,
Can we create PWA site programatically using PSI/ Sharepoint object model?

Hello Ram,
As far as I know, You can not use the PSI to create a PWA site as the PSI requires the PWA instance on which it can run but you can use the powershell commands. You can use Windows PowerShell cmdlets to create and configure a Microsoft Project Server Service application, create and configure a Microsoft Project Web App (PWA) instance, and create and configure Project Server permissions.

Hi Ram,
You can use the Sharepoint object model where based on the logic you can call the Powershell script to create a PWA Site.
