    I have an Emachines (ACER) e350 netbook with Windows 7 OS. When i reset the netbook the taskbar isn't on the screen but appears way below the screen. It's like my screen has a higher resolution than 1024x768. I've done updating the display adapters and rolling back the driver. I've done adjusting the screen resolution.  I've done restore points even registry restore but nothing's happening. I know my taskbar is right there because when i press the windows key, the start menu opens. I even used the the magnifier to see if it's there and there it is. 

    Please, someone help!
