Cannot validate Office 2007 due to FP 2003 and Visio 2002 validation errors

Question
-
I am trying to validate Office 2007. 2007 itself passes perfectly; however, I get the following two errors preventing validation:
Microsoft Visio Professional 2002 [English]:
Validation Incomplete: Office Must Be Activated
The validation process could not be completed because your copy of Microsoft Office has not been activated.[0x80180101]
Microsoft Office FrontPage 2003:
Validation Incomplete: Office Must Be Activated
The validation process could not be completed because your copy of Microsoft Office has not been activated.[0x80180101]
Visio 2002 activation indicates it was activated at one time, but because I swapped out a hard drive or something it has to be reactivated. It requires the install .msi be present to activate. Unfortunately, when I point it to the visio.msi, it says it is not a valid .msi. I'd just as soon uninstall Visio 2002 and get it off my system - but again, it needs the .msi and says it is not a valid .msi.
FP2003 is even more complicated: when I go to the application and select Activate Product, it tells me that the product is already activated (while OGA says it is not activated.) I personally find FP2003 superior to either MS Expressions or Adobe Dreamweaver for some purposes, so I'd really like to keep it on my system - and it says it's activated, OGA says it's not!
Diagnostic output is as follows:

Hello John Deltuvia,
Your issue appears to be outside the scope of the Genuine Advantage forum. In an attempt to assist I would like to provide the following information, however if the issue persists I would recommend you contact Microsoft Office support at http://support.microsoft.com/gp/assistsupport and choosing your product to create a support incident.
I would like to provide available options we have for assisting customers to address issues they are currently experiencing. The link here references Knowledge Base (KB) article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301. This will allow you to download the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility and provides detailed information on its use. Use the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility and uninstall all Microsoft Office programs 2003 and below (NOT 2007 OFFICE) on your computer, then reinstall Microsoft Office using the genuine MS Office installation CD and product key.
Restart your computer and try validating Office again at http://www.microsoft.com/genuine and clicking the “Validate Office” button. . If validation is still failing please follow the steps below:
1) Logon to the PC that is experiencing the notifications as a user with “ADMINISTRATOR” privileges.
2) Download the tool: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 click RUN.
3) When the tool loads, click “CONTINUE”.
4) Is the “RESOLVE” button available? If so, please click “RESOLVE” to allow the diagnostic tool repair the issue.
5) From the Windows tab, click the COPY button.
6) Please reply back to this post and PASTE the entire results into reply of this post.If you need further assistance please re-post here.

Thank you very much for your reply. I downloaded the cleanup tool and removed Visio 2002, and was then able to validate (apparently removing Visio 2002 also fixed the FP2003 / WGA problem.)
