    I am having trouble setting up centralized backup.  I am working from the machine to which the USB drive is connected.

    When I attempt to configure the backup I get the message "OneCare is configuring centralized backup.  This may take some time. Check back after some time."

    Apparently "some time" is never going to occur, unless several hours is required.

    Where might be the problem?

  • Peter, if nobody steps in with an answer, go ahead and contact support -

  • Please open the backup configuration, the device must have already selected, if not select the device, review the other settings and save the configuration. It should work, please let us know if its not working.
