AUTOMATICALLY HAVE THE ZOOM SET BY PERSONAL PREFERENCE

  Is there not a way a user can set the level of zoom on any given website and/or email (both preview and opening) so that when we return to that site, or when we receive any email from a sender that we have previously set the level of zoom we want to see, so that both IE and Outlook will reset to the preset zoom the user wants to view at automatically?
