50027 - Querying and Processing SQL Server Data Using Microsoft SQL Server

Answers

  • Hi,
Here are a couple of places to look for information to get you started.

Visit the Microsoft MVP site for SQL Server.  This page has links to sites with a lot of information about SQL Server.

Take a look at Microsoft's SQL Server page.  I escpecially like the "Technical Resources" and "Community" links (top right of page). These link to a lot of great learning resources.

One great place to work with the products is with Microsoft Virtual labs.  There are a bunch of labs you can go through to learn more about SQL Server. There are SQL related labs in both the Technet (labs for IT people) and MSDN columns of the page (developers). Make sure you look at both lists.

    Good luck with you class.
