I can not log into Hotmail. After putting in my username and password, I get an error saying "An error occurred when you tried to access your mailbox because a server with information about you and your mailbox couldn't be found."Sunday, September 17, 2017 2:10 PM

No, I don't have any other services, so it does not appear to be any of the issues associated with the problem on the page you reference. Any other ideas? I also have the question posted on the link you reference - so far no replies.
