I have been for 5 hours trying to finish installing live one care I can't log in to finish as it always says password or email is wrong which I have checked and gone over.. even put in new emails and passwords have done 5 already.. always says wrong.. next page... it always stops there and says wrong ... I went online and started my subscription.. but computer is always red no. 1 and says to finish install where it won't let me go password and e-mail... but same password and e-mail worked here... ???

If you are unable to log-in during activation, I suspect that your password exceeds 8 characters. Change the password for one of your LiveIDs at http://account.live.com to be shorter than 8 characters and try again. If it still fails, contact support as Jim suggested.
