    Who replaced the motherboard?
If it was ASUS, then they forgot to flash the BIOS appropriately - and you should contact them for assistance. The SLIC table is missing.

If it was anyone else, then your Windows License may no longer be valid. You should first try changing the Key to the one on your COA sticker, using the Change Product Key at the bottom of the System properties page. You will probably need to activate by phone.

  • Thanks!  Changing the product key seems to have worked - I hadn't tried doing it through the System properties page.

It was replaced through Best Buy/Geek Squad, and they said they had to "send it in" somewhere to be serviced. Not sure if they sent it to ASUS.

  • It was probably the local Asus repair center - the motherboard appears to be an Asus replacement one

Please post a new MGADiag report so we can check that everything is now OK.
