Where do I post questions regarding the Win32 HID device API

Question
-
We are encountering a problem with the Windows HID device driver (all versions from XP up) where programatically probing for new device enumerations using the Win32 HidD_* methods apparently blocks a new device (keyboard and mouse in this case) enumeration from completing. The result is that while the devices enumerate, HID reports are not processed by the driver.Friday, November 30, 2012 5:16 PM

I'd post in one of the Windows Hardware Development forums.
