Email configuration question RRS feed

  • We upgraded to CRM 2013 and moved our SMTP server at the same time and now we're having an issue with email using the Email Router

    The CRM system shows emails as Pending Send but I'm not sure why exactly. I have the Email Router selected in the system settings, I have the profiles selected to use the router but it never leaves the CRM system

    Any ideas?

  • A follow up:  when I go to my user profile and test the outgoing mailbox it fails.  Does CRM 2013 require a server profile when using the Email Router 2013?
