"Project Permissions" access in PWA RRS feed

    Hi,

    We have a user that stated he could access "Project Permissions" out of Project Center for a number of projects. He said one day he came in and could no longer access Project Permissions for a number of projects that he could before. We think this may be due to a server queue issue we were having.

    Anywho, what permissions does one need to have on a project in order to manage the Project Permissions for PWA?
