    I canonicalized www.pianolessonscourse.com by putting the code:
    <link rel="canonical" href="http://www.pianolessonscourse.com/"> in the <head> section of the homepage. The home page has already been crawled by Live Search with the code but the home page is still being displayed without “www” in the search results. Any ideas?
