The report is telling us that your HP Pavilion computer has two installations of Office Enterprise 2007 on it, one that is showing as being a nongenuine Volume Licensing installaiton done with a Blocked Volume Licensing Key, and the other being a not-yet-activated retail license installation of Enterprise 2007.

IMO your best option is to remove both installations of Office Enterprise, then run a utility to ensure that the remnants of the nongenuine installation have been removed from the system, then finally install your retail licensed copy of Office Enterprise 2007.

    Here's what to do:

    1.  From the Vista Control Panel Programs applet, uninstall one of your Office Enterprise 2007 installations, then restart the computer.
    2.  Now uninstall the remaining Office Enterprise 2007 using the Programs applet, and restart the computer.
    3.  Next, go to this MS KB article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/971179/ and run the MS FixIt that automatically uninstalls Office.  Restart once more.
    4.  Now, install the retail licensed Office Enterprise 2007 that you have.
    5.  After installation, open Word 2007 and follow the prompts to activate online normally.
    6.  After activation, restart.
    7.  Once restarted, and keeping Office programs closed for the moment, visit www.microsoft.com/genuine and click on the Validate Office button.  Your Office should validate normally.  Restart.
    8.  Finally, open several Office programs to ensure that you no longer see any nongenuine software notices.
