Windows Filesnot needed

Question
-
My goal is to obtain more free space on the 'C' drive of the computer I am using. My goal is to uninstall and .net and/or sql
application files that I do not need. I am hoping you can give me suggestions on what type of applications that I do not need.
To solve the problem so far, I have done the following:
a. Run disk cleanup,
b. Disk Defragmenter,
c. Removed all unneeded files for the 'C' drive and move them to another drive called the 'D' drive.
d. I have removed files from C:\Windows\Temp,
e. I have removed files from C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files
On the workstation that I am using,
1. I use visual studio 2010 for one webform application and one desktop application that are both written in visual basic.net 2010.2. I also visual studio 2010 and visual studio 2008 for ssrs reports.
3. I am using SSIS manager 2012 for the sql that I am working on.
4. I am using microsoft outlook and storing lots of letters in various folders.-Where are these folders stored at?Thus would you tell me what applications I could uninstall and/or file locations that I can look at to see what else I do not need?

I will try what you just suggested.
I still have not received an answer. Do you know where else I should ask the question to?- Edited by wendy elizabeth Wednesday, August 16, 2017 1:55 PM

These forums are for programming questions. Your question is not a programming question.
Also, you should not create more than one thread at the same time with the same question, as in Remove not needed .net applications.

Try the Microsoft Community. That is for non-programming questions. They will probably help you or at least suggest a better place to ask the question but I think the Microsoft Community is the right place.
