CRM 2013 upgrade issue RRS feed

  • Question

  • We are working on upgrading to 2013 (on premise). I have our production 2011 setup in a test environment, so I change the URLs to use local IP (on an independent network) instead of the procudtion URL. When I mirror over our 2011 environment and make the necessary changes it works without issue. I can access everything and I don't get any errors. It even sends email properly (I mirrored our DC and Exchange server as well).

When I upgrade the system to 2013 things start to go sideways. When the email router starts up it spawns thousands of errors (task manage shows 5k+ DWWIN.exe and DW20.exe). If I stop the email router they all go away.

I can access CRM, but when I try to pull up a quote I get a blank screen. If I try to navigate anywhere else or close the browser window i get an error with the following info:

Not sure why it all worked on 2011 and died on 2013
