MSOCAF tool Deploy\Rollback time out error

When I deploy my custom wsps to SharePoint server through MSOCAF tool, It gives the errors that Deploy\Rollback time out error, unable to activate feature, and unable to execute copyappbincontent error. Even I refered the help file in MSOCAF tool it was not helpful. Any one let me know the solution for this problem.
