I moved from London to Hong Kong a few months ago, and I am going to stay in Hong Kong for may be another year. My problem with the outlook is that all the entries I entered are all according to the London time, and I came across the permanent time zone
move tool. I downloaded and installed it, but when I tried it, no old entries in London time was changed to Hong Kong time.
I tried to open a new entry in Hong Kong time (as my computer now is in Hong Kong time), and used the tool to change it to london time, it did work. Then I changed my computer time to London time, and opened a new entry in London time, and used the tool
to successfully change it to Hong Kong time. THE PROBLEM IS, NO OLD ENTRIES ARE CHANGED OR IDENTIFIED BY THE TOOL. May be it is because I imported those old entries from the apple's iphone?
Also, sometimes it shows a message box of "The operation failed" when I starts the tool, I am going to take the installation CD over the weekend to repair the outlook and to see will it help solving the situation.
Outlook 2010 64 bits (Student and Teacher Edition) in Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bits
It has been causing a lot of problems for my daily life for the past few months because the calender date and time are not accurate and I can't believe in it. Help is much needed and I appreciate every reply and every effort to help improving the situation!
