    When i insert my cd and enter my product key it says invalid even though it is already installed when i bought the computer.

      I an unsure of the nature of your issue.

     

      Your Diagnostic Report shows Vista as Genuine and I do not see any error codes. Could you provide a more detail description of the issue you are facing?
