Where has gone the patterns & practices: General Discussion Forum?

hi all does someone knows where is the patterns & practices: General Discussion Forum ??? if i try to access this forums i'm redirected to a page saing "you are not authorize to performs this action" also it is not present in "my forums" list... ????
