The one on the sticker is completely worn off :(

    *J-Tho*

no-one has a record of your Key, except for you, by way of that sticker.

Have you tried a bright light and a magnifier? If you can get all but 2 characters, it’s worth trying the variations on those, but any more and it’s totally impractical. (I recently had one where three characters were illegible, but there remained enough of those three to eliminate most of the options – I got it on the 6th try<g>)

You can try a telephone activation attempt, and speak to an operator – they may be able to assist.
    telephone activation (operator calls)
    Click on the Start button
    in the Search box, type
    SLUI 4
    and hit the Enter key

follow the instructions - but when asked which service you require by the telephone ansafone, do NOT reply - this should force an operator to respond, who can deal with you.

    Your other options are.
    1) try a Factory Restore /System Recovery – this sometimes works, if the problem is with the software, rather than the BIOS – but it will delete all you data, so back up to external media first!

    2) Try a BIOS update – most BIOS updates don’t have the SLIC table in them, but some do. (You could also see if the manufacturer can assist in this by sending you a specific BIOS update)

    3) Purchase a new license for Windows. If you buy a Full Retail license for the same edition of Windows, you could swap the Key into the current install. If you purchase an Upgrade copy you will have to jump through all sorts of hoops, but should be able to keep the current install at the end.

For some reason, your PC is unable to properly read the SLIC table that should be present in the BIOS.
Please try the below steps to recreate the Store with the correct data.

    1) Open an Internet Browser window.
    2) Type: %windir%\system32 into the browser address bar.
    3) Find the file CMD.exe
    4) Right-Click on CMD.exe and select 'Run as Administrator'
    5) Type: net stop slsvc (it may ask you if you are sure, select yes)
    6) Type: cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareLicensing
    7) Type: rename tokens.dat tokens.bar
    8) Type: cd %windir%\system32
    9) Type: net start slsvc
    10) Type: cscript slmgr.vbs -rilc (It may take a long time for this to complete, please be patient)
    11) Restart your computer twice.
You may be asked to enter your COA Key and/or Activate. – if asked for the Key, use the one on your COA sticker, on the machine’s case.
Once complete, run another MGADiag report and post back with the results

What Key did you enter? It’s no use entering one you may have found using a software tool – you MUST use the one from the COA sticker on your machine’s case.

no-one has a record of your Key, except for you, by way of that sticker.
