Bulk Close Campaign Responses as Complete in Microsoft Dynamics CRM RRS feed

  • I used the bulk import wizard to create campaign responses but cannot close the responses in bulk so that the activity is visible in the Contact 'History'. The bulk close does not give the option of closing as 'Complete" - this is only available from 'Convert' and then only one-by-one. Any ideas how I can bulk close these responses at Complete so that they show up in the History of the contact?

    I saw a question dated 10/1/07 from a Duane Robinson that was this same question I need answered. I did not see a response to his question, and do not know how to contact him to see if he figured out how to do this.

  • Hi.

     

    If you can logically identify those response activities then you can create a workflow (settings > workflows) for the campaign activity and change their status as completed.
