Private IP and Real IP

  I installed CXP client on my computer then I connect to the my CXP venue server by enable Reflector service the result is the private IP group "client can not detect list of user in same group (one of computer in this group can detect it but another can not)" and the Real IP group can list the all user that join the venue but can't participant to all private IP group (ex. presentation sound etc.)

  Please tell me how to fix it.

  My CXP environments

  -       Server : Installed Venue service and Reflector service on Real IP

  -       Client Private IP side : connect using reflector service

  -       Client Real IP side: connect using reflector service
