You should also scan your system using the free Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (www.malwarebytes.org - do NOT enable the resident scanner when you install it)

There's not a lot wrong with your report - please go to www.microsoft.com/genuine/validate and see what it has to say about validation.Once complete (either way) reboot, and run another MGADiag report, and post the result.

How long should the validation take? It seems to be stuck on the process. I've waited over 5 minutes. Thanks!

This can happen - possibly as a result of IE settings, or firewall issues. Please go to www.microsoft.com/genuine/diag and run the diagnostics - follow any advice given, and then attempt validation again.Post back with your results, and a new MGADiag report.

We still have that Validation error - which probably means that your security software is getting in the way. What Anti-Virus are you using? - is it part of a 'Suite'?
