Windows 7 Professional now says "not genuine"

Question
-
Bought my PC desktop from Microcenter, it was a floor model. Worked great for a couple of years. All of a sudden now, when I boot up it says "Windows not genuine". I download the Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool (1.9.0019.0) and hit the copy button (I had to delete the URL's because it says "Body text cannot contain images or links until we are able to verify your account."):

Hi dmyyeh,
Possible cause could be the lack of permissions on registry key HKU/S-1-5-20 or missing registry keys.
You can check the MS KB2008385 for the resolution.
