Hi there i have just purchased dazzle instant dvd recorder when i try to use this program windows massage comes up saying windows has encountered a problem and needs to close, i have conntacted pinnacle help line and they cannot understand why i should get this massage except to try update my video card driver.i'm not sure how to do this .

Hello Donotspamme,
I am not able to help you with your Video Card. If your Video card doesn't have enough memory for the game you wish to play, there is nothing I can do to change that.
As for your question of, is your Windows XP legit, you can go to http://microaoft.com/genuine and click the Validate Windows button. This will tell you if your Windows is Genuine Microsoft.
