CRM 4.0 Site showing error. RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Our CRM website has stopped working, everything was working till last night and today morning it seems to throw this error message, I got it using the Trace:

  • Hi Guys,

    Finally sorted it out, it was related to CRMAppPool Identity. I changed the Identity of CRMAppPool to an adminuser from NetworkService and the system is up again.

  • Is this happening for only one user or for all???

    Also, check to see if the user's business unit is removed or changed?

    It's not for specific user, it's happening for all users.

  • What is the last customization you did? Any thing related to SiteMap, ISV or Plugin, Workflow.

    Please rollback that and then try..
