It appears that something has attempting to change the BIOS SLIC table - and failed.
the BIOS is an HP one - but for some reason the SLIC table required to activate the OEM_SLP license is an Acer one - and that can't be right :)
The Key itself is also for an Acer machine.
This makes me think that the machine has been 'repaired using an Acer Recovery Disk, rather than an HP one.
Your copy of Office is also potentially non-genuine, as it's a version sold only in bulk to organisation for use in their own machine - if you did not get this from your employer, it's almost certainly a counterfeit.

You should reinstall the system using the proper HP Recovery disks.
You can, however, get away with just changing the Product Key to the one on your COA sticker (assuming that it's for Vista Ultimate) using the Change Product Key link on the System Properties page.

  • Please see: Order HP Recovery Discs for Windows 7, Vista, or XPOnce you obtain the correct HP recovery discs, perform a "clean install".  Make sure to perform a backup of your personal files before proceeding.
