    Hallo!

    I have a problem, i changed my password 2 days ago and now i cant remember it. It is an old E-mail and i really need to have acces to the mail.

    I have tried to use the help on the site, but there is something wrong with my hidden question. I know the answer of the question but there could be something els that is wrong... Cuz iam really sure about the answer, cuz the question is "My first car was..." And i do know my first car =)

    If there is any way to get my password or if you can get me a knew one that would be really really helpfull. And if you want to know some info about the mails that are on the hotmail then just ask me, cuz i think i know the latest mails.  (the e-mail is mantzzz@hotmail.com)

    A answer to my question as fast as possible would be really good. Thanks!

    You would have had to list the alternate address when you signed up for the hotmail account. Unfortunately, there isn't much that I can do for you other than to point you to our support page which is http://support.live.com

    Hi, Sorry, but I do not have access to that information. If you provided another email address, you can request password reset instructions sent to that email.

    Hi Brett!

    How do i provide another email address then? cuz i can only send the password to the e-mail that i cant get access to... So can you add another E-mail? If you want me to prove that its my e-mail then i will do what i can. But i really need my Mail in function really soon. Please help me!!

    That doesnt help me one bit. =( 

    But isnt there anyway to prove that it is my e-mail? Like sending a copy of my passport and prove that it really is my hotmail?
    Cuz there have to be any way for me to reset my password. Cuz i can only send it to the hotmail that i cant log in to.
    So... Can i reset my password or can you do a reset so i have the same password that i had 1 week ago or something like that? Like a backup or something =)
