Unable to sign into my account RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Have no idea what else to do so thought I would ask on here. For the past 4 days I have been unable to sign into my email account. Its says that the email address or password is not correct. At first I thought that my account had been stolen but I can still logon on my iphone. I asked to reset my password which either emails you a link - obviously can't get that email or asks me the answer to my secret question. Apparently my secret question is 'favourite sports team?' but I find this hard to believe as I don't support ANY! I have tried typing in none but it is incorrect. 

    So I then tried the live ID validation, but this was 72hrs ago and I haven't heard anything. I have tried sending messages to any department via the internet but it sends me to community or some other help section which doesn't cover my query. I have now set up a new email to logon to community to ask this question to try to sort the problem!

    Please any suggestions to what is wrong or I go about finding anyone to speak to about this would be greatly appreciated as I am getting really frustrated with this. Many thanks.
