  Hello i have an email account

  xx.stephmelo@live.ca

  and i am trying to close it because i get to many junk emails and i dont use it. 

  when i try closing it , it says i have microsoft points, or billing something and i cant close it unless i get rid of that.

  what does that mean? i dont have any billing.. or points.
