    Blocked PIDs are unusual - nowever, in your case, the reason is simple.

    Your Key  (or at least, the Key in the report) is plastered all over the internet, and as a result, has been blocked.

    If your COA sticker shows Windows XP Pro, and the Key, use the Product Key Update ool to change the Key and activate....
