    These forums are currently under the Answers "brand", Microsoft Security Essentials.

    This is resulting in a lot of off-topic posts.  There is probably a better place for them, such as TechNet.

    by posts, you mean replies, not new threads?
    if you find it abusive, msdn did place the mark as abuse link.. find it useful.

    The labels all these forums are under vary.  I have seen them called "brands" in the Suggestions and Feedback for the Forums.

    Microsoft Answers Forums:  http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/categories.

    And no, I meant new threads.  I see you have replied to a lot of off topic threads recently.

    This could be helped if Using Forums forums appeared in Answers, since it has the Where is the Forum For…? forum.
