validation error!?

Question
-
Here's the diagnostic
confusing because the product key, although smudged out for parts is not consistant at all
with the diagnostic, also under my laptop it says Vista Home Premium not enterprise
I've been looking around the internet all day and reading the forum, done many system scans
I assume that I have some sort of malware. Unfortunately I do not have any restore points
This morning it allowed me to activate my account "later" which gave me access to my computer
but still says on the desktop that Vista is not genuine. I may backup the files on my computer and
reinstall vista which I really don't want to do. Any help would be great.

Your problem is that you are using a KMS License, and the computer has been unable to connect with the KMS server to re-activate the licence.KMS Licenses are issued in bulk to organisation for use on their own machines - If you are a member of such an organisation, then you should contact your System Administrator for assistance. If you are not such a member, then it would appear that at some point someone has installed an 'upgrade' to your system, perhaps in a misguided attempt to fix a problem. You would now have to reformat the machine and reinstall Vista Home Premium using the manufacturer's Recovery disks.
