CRM 2015 Online, no longer create non forward mailbox? RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I used to create a non forward mailbox in CRM Online 2013, or maybe in CRM Online 2015 before Update 1 as well?  Anyway, I just found that I can't create a non forward mailbox (or called "individual mailbox") in 2015 Update 1.  The only option is "+New Forward Mailbox"  Is that true?  BTW, O365 does not allow to create a non federated user.

  • I figured out.  You can't create a non-forward mailbox in Mailbox directly.  However, you can create a new queue in Queue form, it automatically creates a new mailbox at the bottom of the form.  From there, you launch the Mailbox form, copy/paste the email address, choose the option of Outgoing Email, Save and Approve the new mailbox.  Bam! you just created a new non-forward mailbox from Queue.  I hope this helps you if you had the same problem.
