Onecare "Cannot Open Activation Wizard"

  I have used onecare for a while, and I had to reinstall recently, but have not been able to activate it.  I have un-installed and reinstalled multiple times with nothing changing.  The program opens fine, and when I click on "Subscribe" an error message pops up that says:

   

  "Cannot open Activation Wizard: Unknown problems are preventing the activation wizard from being displayed at this time. Please try again later. If the problem persists, contact support. Get Help."

   

  I have tried everything, but no success, any help would be appreciated.
