Using Copy command don't copy config file RRS feed

    hello every one, 

    i used config file in dll and want to copy this config file to asp.net web application project i just use copy command in pre- build event of web application to copy the config from DLL to web application 

    Copy "E:\ConfigurationSeparation\ConfigSeparationDemo01\BusinessEntity\bin\Debug\B.dll.config"
    "$(ProjectDir)B.dll.config"   /y/u

    what happen that the file open and it doesn't have any information at all sooo no data transfered to new file 

    any help plz
