[CRM4.0]E-mail Router: Some mails not coming through. RRS feed

    While implementing CRM we wanted to get the mails from an exchange server into CRM. Only for one e-mail address.

    Now at the start this worked out fine but the day after we started getting problems. Some mails where not loading into CRM, some mails took over an hour while other where within a minute. The mails are either from external servers or forwards from the same exchange server, it seems to affect them all.


    When we run the program all mails load without a problem. Due to this fact we were thinking it might be the settings, when does it have to get the mails? According to the CRM settings it should do this every minute but it just doesn't.

  • One possible cause is if the router is trying to process a very large (several 10s of MB) email. We've found this on a client, and it causes similar behaviour to what you're seeing (and a lot of disk activity on the server)
