  • Hello abzefatalal,

Your computer has nongenuine installations of both Windows XP Pro and Office Professional 2003.

Windows is nongenuine because it is a Volume Licensing edition that was installed with an Invalid (never issued by Microsoft) product key.

Office is nongenuine because it is a Volume Licensing edition that was installed with a widely pirated and now blocked Volume Licensing Key.

Do you have a Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) for either Windows or Office, affixed to the computer and/or included with the materials that came with your purchase of the software and/or the computer?

Start your OWN NEW thread - and include an MGADiag report.
To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool (download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
    Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.
      - **in your own thread**, please

Please also state the Version and Edition of Windows quoted on your COA sticker (if you have one) on the case of your machine, but do NOT quote the Key on the sticker!

To help us analyze and troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, please download and run the Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostics Tool.

Once you run the tool, click on the
Continue button, then click on the Copy button and paste the report into your post.
