Automatic exposure blending

  What means exactly "Automatic exposure blending". e.g can I stitch images , I always use Aperture Priority) with manual settings F/n + ISO + FOCAL Length but different White Balance eV=0.00, 0.50, +0.80, -0.50 etc, or White Balance to auto ?
