    I have been trying to renew one care but the Renewal page refuses my debit card number. I thought i would change the card but when i went onto the Billing Page there is no tab there for Change of Payment Method. is it hidden somewhere?

     Hello TonTonTrev, go to billing.microsoft.com, sign in, under "My Microsoft Billing Account" select "Go to personal information". Next to "My payment method" select "View/Edit". Next to "Credit Card Status" select "Use a different payment method". Enter your new credit card information.

    Go to https://billing.microsoft.com and sign in.
    Just below the account information at the top of the page, click on "Go to personal information."
    Below your personal information on the next page is another block titled: "Your Payment Methods" with your current credit card shown. To the right of your credit card is a link "View/Edit."
    Click "View/Edit"
    The next page should be titled: "Payment method information" and details for your payment method should appear.
    On my screen, below the Credit Card Status is a link to "Use a different payment method" which will allow you to change the card associated with your account.
    If this does not match what you are seeing, please contact support.
