Microsoft Office Discussion Groups

Question

What ever happened to the "old" Microsoft Office Discussion Groups?
It was a very handy group when one needed to clear up a bit of VBA code or usage of functions in excel. I can't seem to find a similar forum where I can ask for advice on how to construct a specific excel function or piece VBA code / macro.
