Having Lab Trouble

Course 6302: Introducing Microsoft SharePoint Designer 2007

This is the lab that is not working properly for me. After opening the SharePoint site in Designer, it says to Click File New, that option is not available for me. It is one of the begining steps, i don't think i'm missing anything, that option is just grayed out. can somebody please check?

Hi There-

The program that you are trying to use is not something that is supported by my team directly and I am working on a solution to make sure you can reach the correct support department for your program.
