  • Thanks for replying, so far I can see your message.

    My problem is that I always work in Office 2016 but in an update from one day to another Office 2019 appears to me ..... :(

    It is impossible for me to open my files, only on Drive but on my PC it does not open either by mistake or Word, Excel or PowerPoint.

    You can help me to know where to ask and if by chance there is someone who can help me

    I try to open the Office 2019 that is installed correctly and does not let me open any application
