  • Hi,

So you installed Fix it Center and try to run a troubleshooter from the Fix it Center Client by clicking "Run" button on Fix it Center Client? Which trouble shooter were you trying to run?

    Thanks

  • I have the same Issue.

MS FixIt Installs fine, then post install, when presented with Personalize now /Personalize later modal, and clicking Personalize Now, I receive the cannot dowload troubleshooters message.
