Microsoft is becoming increasingly difficult to do such a basic thing as get emails back to how they previously were. RRS feed

  • I have tried for hours to get my emails back to how they were previously after my password was not accepted and had to choose another. To do this I was told I needed to use a different email, so I had to restart my machine. The different email also never accepted my password. I submitted different passwords. In the end I no longer get the same email window that I previously had - the new window has little information and is just a mess compared to the one that I have had for years. Who is responsible for this stressful, miserable nonsense.?
