ST 2011 will not run RRS feed

    installed ST 2011 when i click on icon get popup to enter lic #.  after enter # popup says not responding eventually goes away.  tried 60 day trial version it will not load either. called tech support and got no help, just passed me on to another pep.  triend reinstalling no help.  on hp go60 laptop with win 7.  purchased product and verified my code with microsoft as first step. any ideas ?  case 1149348131

    Hi Terry,

    To launch the program, try the following steps:

    1. Right-click S&T desktop icon (or S&T Start menu icon);

    2. Click Properties ;

    3. select the Compatibility tab;

    4. Place a check-mark in front of Run the program as administrator ;

    5. Click OK ;

    6. Now, after having done the above, try to start S&T by clicking the desktop icon (or the S&T Start menu icon).
