  • Hi, Summit.

    Have you published Contact Entity?
To see this attribute in contact entity form you have to put this field onto Contact Editing form.

Do do this go Settings - Customization - Customize entities. In the list of entities you have to find Contact. Open it with double-click. Open Forms and Views Section, find Form row, make double click, in the appeared form click "Add fields", choose your new field, press OK. Press Save And Close, in Entity Form press Actions-Publish.

  • Hi, Sumit

Firstly your CRM Account has to have at least role System Customizer.

Using Web interface - go Settings - Customization - Customize entities. In the list of entities you have to find Contact. Open it with double-click. Go to the Attributes section and click New. In the form fill all required fields (type, name, caption e.t.c.)
