The report is given below, My windows is Xp Home Edition, some code with the Key is on the sticker but I think none of them is the version .

The Key here appears to be the Default Key for Windows XP Home – which cannot be activated.
You need to change the Key to the one on your COA sticker, and activate that one.
To do so, try using the Product Key Update Tool

Have you been able to reinstall?
To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool (download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
    Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.
      - **in your own thread**, please

Please also state the Version and Edition of Windows quoted on your COA sticker (if you have one) on the case of your machine, but do NOT quote the Key on the sticker!

Please post a new MGADiag report.
Your new Key is the one you entered when you changed it.
You should not need it for a reinstall, if you use the manufacturer’s Recovery system to do the reinstall. If you use anything else then you will need to use the COA Key to activate.
