I renewed already and now I'm told I have to renew again after only 2 months! Also where is the customer service 800 number? I can't log into my HotMail account {which I didn't want and will never use} either. This is the best Microsoft can do??
If your subscription to OneCare shows expired in OneCare
If your subscription is correctly shown at the Billing site, but incorrect in OneCare and your PC date and time are correct, please contact support.
